By accessing and using the services provided by Blixyz, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Blixyz provides professional photo documentation services, including passport photographs, visa photographs, and identification card photographs. All services are provided at our Cork City location.
We guarantee that our photographs will meet the technical requirements of the relevant issuing authority. If your photographs are rejected due to technical non-compliance attributable to our service, we will retake them free of charge within 12 months of the original session.
Our guarantee does not cover rejections due to the applicant's appearance, changes in requirements after the photo session, or issues unrelated to photographic quality.

Payment is required in full upon completion of service before photographs are released. We accept cash and major credit/debit cards. All prices are displayed in Euro and include applicable taxes.
Due to the immediate nature of our service, refunds are generally not provided once photographs have been printed and accepted by the client. However, we will retake photographs free of charge if they fail to meet technical requirements due to our error.
While clients receive physical and digital copies of their photographs, Blixyz retains copyright of all images. Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use their photographs for official documentation purposes.
Photographs may be used for passport applications, visa applications, identification cards, and similar official documentation purposes.
Photographs may not be used for commercial purposes, modified without permission, or used to create fraudulent documentation.
We collect and process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Irish data protection laws. Information collected includes name, contact details, and photographic images.
Personal data is used solely for providing our services, maintaining records as required by law, and communicating with clients regarding their photographs.
Digital files are stored securely on encrypted servers for a period of up to 12 months to facilitate reprints and fulfill our service guarantee. Clients may request deletion of their data at any time.
We do not share personal data with third parties except as required by law or with explicit client consent.
Blixyz liability is limited to the value of the service provided. We are not liable for consequential damages arising from rejection of photographs by issuing authorities, delays in processing applications, or other matters beyond our control.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with a revised date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Irish courts.
