Blixyz provides professional photo documentation services, including passport photographs, visa photographs, and identification card photographs. Due to the immediate and personalized nature of our service, our return policy differs from traditional retail products.
Important: Once photographs are printed and you have accepted them by leaving our premises, standard returns or refunds for change of mind are not applicable. However, we offer a comprehensive retake guarantee for technical compliance issues.

We are committed to ensuring your photographs meet all official requirements. If your photographs are rejected by any issuing authority due to technical non-compliance attributable to our service, we will retake your photographs free of charge.

- Technical positioning errors (head height, facial placement, centering)

Our guarantee does not apply to rejections due to:
- Changes in the applicant's appearance between photo session and application submission
- Applicant's facial expression, attire, or accessories (unless we failed to advise appropriately)
- Changes in official requirements implemented after your photo session
- Damage to photographs after leaving our premises
- Loss of photographs by the applicant or postal service
- Reasons unrelated to photographic quality or technical compliance
- Administrative rejections by issuing authorities unrelated to photo specifications
3. How to Claim a Retake
If your photographs are rejected by an issuing authority, follow these steps to claim your free retake:

- Date of your original photography session

- New photographs will be taken with extra attention to the specific requirement that caused rejection
- You will receive the same quantity of photographs as in your original package
- Digital copies will be provided if they were part of your original service
4. Immediate Concerns at Time of Service
We encourage all clients to review their photographs before leaving our premises. If you have any concerns about quality, appearance, or technical compliance immediately after your session, please inform our staff before leaving.

If concerns are raised during your visit, we will:

Digital copies provided via email are subject to the same retake guarantee as printed photographs.
